We are a German design and art studio for ornaments, product design, home textiles and colour in architecture.

Founded by Dr. Elke Wagner crossoverdesign is located in the historic center of Braunschweig.

Elke loves ornaments from all eras and cultures. With her designs she reinterprets the traditional to the modern by the help of computer graphic. Or she finds new methods for complex ornamentations, from handmade mosaics to calculated algorithms combined with digital techniques. Her ornamental wallpaper collections are international honoured with the red dot design award and German design award nominees.

Among other products like wallcoverings, carpets, home textiles, patterns for porcelain and paper products Elke developed with the Wolfsburg AG InnovationCampus a new table system. Additional she designed within the TRETBOX-project of Murat Günak Design an innovative fabric.

Furthermore Elke can look back onto a long successful activity as colour designer for facades throughout Germany.
